Series 2000 Angle Seat Control Valve (on/off)

Standard Features & Options:

Series 2000 is one of Burkert’s extensive range of general purpose Control Valves. The standard valve and actuator is suitable for on/off duty but it can be fitted with other control heads and parabolic plug so that it can function as a modulating control valve. This valve is an angle-seat design and is operated by a single or double acting pneumatic actuator (either PA or PPS material, depending on ambient temperature) which is rotatable and with visual indicator. Valve is 2-way, normally closed and is available in sizes 3/8” (Kv3.7) → 2 ½” (Kv90) with threaded ends female BSP.
Body materials: Gunmetal or 316L
Seal material is PTFE (NBR, FKM, EPDM on request).
Can be ordered with flow direction above (gas & steam) or below the seat (liquids).
Series 2012 is the flanged version of the same valve

Options:  Different Control Heads (8691, 8690, 1062), banjo pilot valve, actuator for high ambient temperature, normally open valve (see data sheet for all options)

Series 2301 Globe Style Control Valve (modulating)

Standard Features & Options:

Series 2301 is a globe style control valve for modulating service which can be operated by a single or double acting actuator. It can be fitted with top control electro-pneumatic positioned or process controller. Valve is 2-way, normally closed and is available in sizes ½” (Kv0.5) → 2” (Kv27.9) with ends flanged Ansi 150#.
Body material: 316L
Seal material is PTFE/St. Steel or St. Steel / St. Steel 
Can be ordered with flow direction above (gas & steam) or below the seat (liquids).
Valve operating pressures: to 16 bar (depends on trim/actuator
Max. pilot pressure : 5.5 -7 bar

Options: Different Control Heads (8692, 8693, 8694,8696), "Element" continuous control (model 8802-GD), equal % seats, normally open valve (see data sheet for all options)

Model 6519 Pilot Solenoid Valve (Namur)

Standard Features & Options:

5/2-way (for double acting) and 3/2-way (for single acting) Solenoid Valve with Namur interface for direct mount to pneumatically actuated process valves, servo-assisted, PA body, NBR seals, 32 mm wide, DN 6, 8 and 9, flow rates 900 and 1300 l/min, manual override standard. *DIN cable plug must be ordered separately*

5282 Solenoid Valve (Servo Assisted)

Standard Features & Options:

Burkert 5282 - 2/2-way servo-assisted Solenoid valve with full port for neutral liquids (including contaminated and aggressive media to 10 bar). Sizes ½”→ 2”. As the operating mechanism is isolated from the media by a diaphragm, it is less sensitive to slightly contaminated, dirty fluids. Opening & closing times can be adjusted by integrated restrictor screws, lockable manual override included as standard.
Easily adjustable from NO (normally open) to NC (normally closed)
Pressure range 0.2→10 Bar, voltages 24vDC, 240vAC

Elite model BTE/BFE Solenoid Operated Control Valve

Standard Features & Options:

Elite model BTE/BFE uses a MFV (multi-function valve) as the main valve and is fitted with a Burkert 331-D 3/2-way solenoid valve as the pilot. It is available in BTE threaded version 1½”→ 2” (Cv’s 48-75) and BFE flanged version in 2”-14” (Cv’s 75-3,000) and the choice of materials for the main valve are cast or ductile iron with bronze trim, bronze, 304ss or 316ss. Diaphragm and seat material can be either NBR or Viton and the pilot valve can be bronze or stainless steel. Flanged valves (2”-14”) can be drilled to suit Ansi 150# or AS Table D/E.
Maximum inlet pressure-1,000 kpa (145 psi)
Maximum temp- 80°C

Paddle Wheel Flowmeters

Standard Features & Options:

Model 8030 Inline Flowmeters are built by connecting a compact inline fitting (S030) with integrated measurement paddle-wheel and an electronic module (SE30). The connection is made by simple quarter turn. The paddle wheel flow sensor is used for continuous flow measurement of neutral, slightly aggressive, solid free liquids. The fitting is designed to fit into pipes from DN06 to DN65. The electronic module shown on the left is a sensor with raw pulse output and is ideal in applications where local indication in not required.

The S030 fitting (pictured below) is available in a variety of materials....PVC, Brass or Stainless Steel. The electronics module is used for indication, monitoring, transmitting, on/off and batch control

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve Bank

Standard Features & Options:

Valve Banks are available with 3/2 Solenoid Valves (for Spring Return Actuators) or 5/2 (for Double Acting Actuators). The assembly comprises model 8640 Solenoid Valves (each capable of 300 lpm) with 6mm push-in connections and a choice of 6, 12, 18 or 24 valves in the one bank.
