Series 70 Manual Toggle Valve / Switch

Metalwork series 70 is a range of hand operated Toggle Valves which are manual switches for pneumatically actuated valves. They are available in 5/2-way (for double acting actuator) and 3/2-way (for single acting actuator). They allow ports to be pressurized or vented when switching (opening/closing valves).
Multiple valves can be mounted on special bases that allow manifold connection and a single inlet connection for the air supply.
Some popular models for water carts are as follows:-
ID 7010000200 3/2-way, 90°Lever (installed between seats), 1/8” ports
ID 7010000400 5/2-way  90°Lever (installed between seats), 1/8” ports
ID 7010001400 3/2-way (front lever, usually installed under dash), 1/8” ports
ID 7010001700 5/2-way (front lever, usually installed under dash), 1/8” ports

Options: Base for mounting 2, 3 or 6 valves.

Metalwork Push-in Air Line Fittings (Straight)

Metalwork’s range of push-in fittings allows quick connection of air lines into pipes and actuators. It can be re-used thousands of times and the release bushing has patented screwdriver slots to facilitate release in applications not accessible to fingers.
Material- nickel plated brass body, technopolymer release bushing, NBR seal
