VSR Quick Exhaust Valve
Metalwork’s VSR Quick Exhaust Valve is used to evacuate air in a cylinder (actuator) quickly, increasing operating speed. Discharge rates at specific pressures shown in download sheet.
Material: ⅛”→ ¼” Nickel plated body/cap, NBR seal, female BSP connection
½” Anodised aluminium, NBR seal, female BSP connection
Common sizes used for valve / actuator connection as follows:-
9101201 (VSR18) - ⅛” female bsp
9201201 (VSR14) - ¼” female bsp
9401201 (VSR12) - ½” female bsp
C100 Mounting Kit Options
C100 Thermoplastic Ball valves are not direct mount as they do not have an integral actuator mounting pad. Two different mounting kits are available and photographs have been provided to show the physical differences. The features of both types of mounting kits are as follows:-

Valpes PKS (C100 Ball Valve Mounting Kit)
VALPES PKS series is a reliable, economical and convenient mounting kit system, designed for plastic ball valves that do not have an ISO mounting pad.
Advantages of this modular connection system:
- Cost effective
- Compatible with all two-way ball valves in size range DN10-DN50 (nominal diameter from 16 to 63)
- Connection in all positions
- Fast and easy mounting
- This mounting kit also allows to connect these valve with a manual override by handle and a limit switchbox.

Stubbe AMK (C100 Ball Valve Mounting Kit)
Stubbe AMK is a mounting kit system, designed for plastic ball valves that do not have an ISO mounting pad. It is preferred by many clients due to its compactness and the fact that it mounts securely when attached to a wall.
