MK75 Wafer Body Pneumatic Control Valve (CS/316SS)

MK75 is a wafer body pneumatic control valve, featuring sliding gate design in a lightweight, compact body, dramatically reducing the size and weight of conventional control valves.
Sizes - 1” → 6” (Cv’s 9.5 to 400), Class 150/300
Size- 8” (Cv 400), Class 150

Maximum differential pressures vary, depending on valve size, actuator selected (35M/55M/85M) and whether with or without positioner (see download sheet)

Model 4380 Temperature Control Valve (BZ/DI/WCB/316SS)

Model 4380 is the Australian made version of US manufactured Mk80, self acting Temperature Control Valve. It requires no external power source or expensive instrumentation. The valve is metal/metal seated (Ansi class IV) and utilises the same sliding gate seats found in Jordan’s range of Pressure Regulators (4350/4360) and Diaphragm Operated Control Valves (4370). It is available in sizes ½”→ 2” (Cv 2.5 to 30) and is commonly used to accurately regulate the temperature of a tank’s contents (either by heating or cooling). The standard valve has threaded (bspt) ends but can be flanged on request.
The valve is actioned by a SWA thermal system, which is made up of a welded 304ss actuator, opposing spring, capillary and temperature sensing bulb. The bulb is normally installed inside a thermowell  (bulb pocket) and a heating transfer liquid, inside the thermowell, ensures accurate sensing of the process temperature. In the case of heating, the valve may be supplying steam into a heat exchanger and the bulb is positioned so that it senses the temperature on the heat exchanger’s outlet. The valve would remain open until the desirable temperature is reached and modulates to maintain this preset temperature.
Maximum inlet pressure- BZ (2100kpa) / DI (3,100kpa) / 316SS (4,500kpa)
Maximum valve temp- BZ/DI (260°C)/ 316SS (343°C)
Temperature set ranges: refer data sheet for ranges & spans (lowest range is -29°C→-7°C, highest is 193°C→232°C (range depends on the type of thermal fill)
Max pressure differential: 175-300 psi

Options: Stainless steel capillary, low temp shut off valve 4380U, Cv 50 High Flow 43801, low flow seats for all sizes, special allow seats, coated bulbs, set point indicators, flanges to AS or Ansi. Many more options, higher pressure/temps etc for US made Mk80 (see download)

Ceravalve KSV (Ceramic Lined Ball valve)

Cera System Models 3100 and 3100HT are part of the KSV range of ceramic lined ball valves for on/off and modulating control in highly abrasive and corrosive environments. It is available in sizes ½”→10” (DN15→DN250), flanged Ansi 150 or Ansi 300
The basic principle of this valve is based on the floating ball sealing against the downstream seat using the differential pressure as the sealing force. Both seats are fixed (stationary) whilst the ball has pre-determined “floating space”
The ball valve has a three-part-body design. As a control valve usually has a reduced central bore, this allows pipe size end connections at either end of the valve.
Actuator connection is done by yoke and adaptor and the valve can be operated by quarter turn pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators
Applications:
• On / off and control (modulating) - valves for abrasive and corrosive application.
• High temperatures (up to 850°C)
• Chemical process industries, pulp & paper, steel plants
• Power plants, waste incinerators, pigment production
• Pneumatic conveying, cement plants, catalyst cracker
• Typical fluids: Abrasive suspensions: limestone slurry, titanium oxide
• Magnesium oxide, silicon oxide, etc.
• Fly ash, lime, kaolin, talcum, quartz
• Sand, pulverized coal, acids and bases
Materials used:
• Engineered ceramics in the media-flow
• Body - Metal or Plastic
• Engineered ceramics-Alumina / Zirconia / Silicone Carbide / Silicone Nitrate

Options: Triangular or round bore, partial or full ceramic trim, trunion mounted ball, many other models KST, KSL, KAL KGT etc
