Pneumatic Solenoid Valve Bank
Valve Banks are available with 3/2 Solenoid Valves (for Spring Return Actuators) or 5/2 (for Double Acting Actuators). The assembly comprises model 8640 Solenoid Valves (each capable of 300 lpm) with 6mm push-in connections and a choice of 6, 12, 18 or 24 valves in the one bank. Elite model BTE/BFE Solenoid Operated Control Valve
Elite model BTE/BFE uses a MFV (multi-function valve) as the main valve and is fitted with a Burkert 331-D 3/2-way solenoid valve as the pilot. It is available in BTE threaded version 1½”→ 2” (Cv’s 48-75) and BFE flanged version in 2”-14” (Cv’s 75-3,000) and the choice of materials for the main valve are cast or ductile iron with bronze trim, bronze, 304ss or 316ss. Diaphragm and seat material can be either NBR or Viton and the pilot valve can be bronze or stainless steel. Flanged valves (2”-14”) can be drilled to suit Ansi 150# or AS Table D/E.
