WRAS Approved Pressure Reducing Valves (316SS, flanged or threaded)
The Elite model RET (threaded) and REF (flanged) pressure reducing valves are now available in an alternative version to our stocked RET/REF valves that have WRAS Approval. This means that all non-metallic parts in contact with the water are intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water.
The valves are available in ½” → 6” (Cv’s from 2.4-250)and the main materials are 316ss with EPDM diaphragm and seals (our standard valve comes with viton or NBR seals). The valves have either threaded BSP ends or flanged ends which can be drilled to suit Ansi 150# or AS Table D/E.
Maximum inlet pressure-2500 kpa (362 psi)

Reduced pressure ranges -100-600 kpa; 400-1,000 kpa; 800-1300 kpa
BTR/BFR Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valve (CI/DI/BZ/304SS/316SS)
Elite model BTR/BFR uses a MFV (multi-function valve) body which is directly fitted with a pressure reducing valve pilot and is used primarily for water. Unlike conventional pilot operated valves which have a complex external pilot valve tubing assembly, this valve does not have any external piping or tubing, saving cost and simplifying installation.
BTR threaded version 1½”→ 2” (Cv’s 48-75)
BFR flanged version in 2”-14” (Cv’s 75-3,000)
Materials (main valve) – cast or ductile iron with bronze trim, bronze, 304ss or 316ss. Diaphragm/seat material-NBR or Viton
Pilot valve – bronze or stainless steel (matches main body material).
Connection- threaded ends (1½”→ 2”) o/ flanged (1/2”-6”) to suit Ansi 150# or AS D/E.
Maximum inlet pressure-2500 kpa (362 psi) ..higher pressures by request
Maximum temp- 80°C
Reduced pressure ranges – 100-700 kpa; 400-1,200 kpa

MK68G Pressure Reducer
MK68G is a globe style pressure reducing valve that offers high capacity, accurate regulation and easy servicing (bottom entry design makes it easy to clean or repair). It is available with hard seat (Class IV shut-off) or soft seat (class VI) and applications where the differential pressures do not exceed 300 psi (21 bar). Suitable for water, oil, gas, steam & chemicals.
Maximum inlet pressure- BZ/DI/WCB/316SS (2,100 kpa)
Maximum temp- 93°C Buna plug & diaphragm; 177°C Viton plug & diaphragm; 260°C metal seat & SS diaphragm
Reduced pressure ranges: ranges between 14 kpa-1,100 kpa

MK6800 HP Reducer
MK6800HP is a high pressure, piston style pressure reducing valve for use on high pressure industrial gas & liquid services to 4,000 psi (276 bar). It offers exceptional accuracy with high capacity and easy in-line servicing. It is available with hard seat (Class III or IV shut-off) or soft seat (class VI). 316L body, Stellite, Vespel or PTFE seat, 316ss Pison, 17-4pH orifice & cylinder, bun-N or Viton o-rings, NPT or flanged Ansi 150/300/600/1500#
Maximum inlet pressure- 4,000 psi Maximum set pressure 3,000 psi
Reduced pressure ranges: ranges between 250-800 psi and 2,200 psi -3,000 psi
Options: Balanced or unbalanced trim, Cv 0.5 to Cv2.5
MK67 Pilot Op Reducer
Jordan MK67 series is a pilot operated pressure reducing valve and provides greater accuracy and lower offset than can be achieved with self acting valves. It is available in sizes 1/2″-6″ (Cv’s 5.0-395) and consists of a main valve with a small, pilot valve. The Mk67 combines the short stroke of the sliding gate with the action of a pilot valve to create a faster, more accurate response (less droop as flows increase). Can be used where greater accuracy is required than self acting valves or where control systems are not an option.
Body materials available cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel & stainless steel.
Suitable for steam, water, oil, gas and chemicals. Available with BSPT or NPT threaded ends (1/2”→2”) or flanged Ansi 150/300, DIN PN10/16 25/40 (1/2”→6”)
Several adjustable pressure ranges from 70-100 kpa→830-1380 kpa)
