Mounting Brackets, MBNS (Zinc coated Steel) and MBNE (304SS) ISO5211, sizes F03 up to F25.

ARE Couplings are machined to suit the actuator side but the valve side is left blank and can be slotted/machined to adapt to your valve shaft

BA Series Couplings are fully machined at both ends. Use the drawing on the PDF to select the dimensions for the valve and actuator connection

Drive adaptors /Conversion sleeves to adapt valve shaft to the actuator drive. Model RHE is Square/Square and RHX has an outer Star to inner Square

FIP PQCE & PQCP (TKD/VKD Mounting Kit)

Power Quick CE (PQCE) or CP (PQCP) is the module designed by FIP for the easy assembling of a pneumatic or electric actuator to FIP models TKD (3-way) or VKD ball valves.

Power Quick CE is fully made of PP-GR technopolymer. It consists of an upper part, removable to allow quick mounting and dismounting of the actuator and drilled according to ISO 5211 (F03-F04-F05-F07), and a lower part perfectly matching the top shape of the valve body. Power Quick CE is supplied with the fixing screws and stem adapter.

Stubbe AMK is a mounting kit system, designed for plastic ball valves that do not have an ISO mounting pad. It is preferred by many clients due to its compactness and the fact that it mounts securely when attached to a wall.

C100 Mounting Kit Options

C100 Thermoplastic Ball valves are not direct mount as they do not have an integral actuator mounting pad. Two different mounting kits are available and photographs have been provided to show the physical differences. The features of both types of mounting kits are as follows:-
