  • Elite RELT Micro Pressure Control Valve

  • Elite RELT-SLP micro pressure reducing valves are used for accurate pressure control on tank blanketing systems. They have a large diaphragm which provides greater sensitivity and allows them to control at very low set pressures.

    These valves help control emissions, provide protection against atmospheric contamination and maintain a positive tank pressure which reduces the possibility of tank wall collapse during pump out operations, while preventing stored product from vaporizing to atmosphere.

    Other applications include Semi-conductor Industry, Natural gas distribution Systems and Plant Air services.

    Materials: Body-316SS, Seat/Sealing-NBR, Diaphragm-Nylon-CR/Nylon-Viton

  • Foot Valve

  • A foot valve is basically a combination Check Valve and Filter Screen and is installed at the bottom of a suction line in a well, pond, lake, or other storage vessel.

    The check valve component is designed to close off as soon as the pump stops, thus maintaining its prime. The coarse filter screen fitted to the valve’s inlet allows the valve to sit up off the bottom of the well so that it has a large, unrestricted area for suction and minimal pressure drop. It also prevents debris from entering the seating area and stopping the check valve from shutting tightly.

    As it is installed below the water line, consideration needs to be given to the surrounding environment and whether it is better suited to PVC material, iron with a good protective paint or full stainless steel. A soft seat with bubble tight shut-off is essential to prevent loss of prime.

    Elite’s model FVT has a threaded connection whereas model FVF is flanged Ansi 150 or 300. A cast iron bodied version is available with bronze trim and NBR seat or 304ss/NBR. These models have an additional feature as an external arm protrudes from the screen allowing the unit to be manually opened and flushed clean of debris.

  • Model RET Pressure Reducing Valve (316ss, screwed)

  • Elite model RET is a 316SS self acting pressure reducing valve suitable for fluids & gasses.

    It is available in ½” → 2” (Cv’s from 2.4-25.0) and the main materials are 316SS with NBR or Viton diaphragm and seals. Valve has BSP female threaded ends.

    Maximum inlet pressure-2500 kpa (362 psi)
    Maximum temp- 100°C or 180°C
    Reduced pressure ranges – 100-600 kpa; 400-1,000 kpa; 800-1300 kpa

  • Model REF Pressure Reducing Valve (316SS, flanged)

  • Elite model REF is a 316ss self acting pressure reducing valve suitable for fluids, air and steam.

    It is available in ½” → 6” (Cv’s from 2.4-250)and the main materials are 316ss with NBR or Viton diaphragm and seals. Valve has flanged ends which can be drilled to suit Ansi 150# or AS Table D/E.

    Maximum inlet pressure-2500 kpa (362 psi)
    Maximum temp- 100°C or 180°C for steam
    Reduced pressure ranges – 100-600 kpa; 400-1,000 kpa; 800-1300 kpa

  • WRAS Approved Pressure Reducing Valves (316SS, flanged or threaded)

  • The Elite model RET (threaded) and REF (flanged) pressure reducing valves are now available in an alternative version to our stocked RET/REF valves that have WRAS Approval. This means that all non-metallic parts in contact with the water are intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water.

    The valves are available in ½” → 6” (Cv’s from 2.4-250)and the main materials are 316ss with EPDM diaphragm and seals (our standard valve comes with viton or NBR seals). The valves have either threaded BSP ends or flanged ends which can be drilled to suit Ansi 150# or AS Table D/E.
