Niflon® PTFE is a protective coating which can be applied to the trim only or 100% coating of all parts, offering outstanding protection in corrosive environments and for handling corrosives such as:
• Sulfuric Acid, Nitric, Hydrochloric, Hydrofluoric Acids
• Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ozone, Ammonium Hydroxide
• Sodium Hypochlorite, Strippers & Solvents
In addition, it is suited to high purity chemicals and ultrapure water.
Niflon® ECTFE has superior chemical resistance and high temperature resistance up to 150°C (300°F).
It can be applied to both Steel and Stainless Steel surfaces of Tosaca Pressure Relief valve models 1216, 1400 and 1415.
